Love Found Us in a Hopeless Place (CCM at UCO)

We are lost. And the sense of hopelessness we might feel in our day-to-day lives is a result of our being lost. Just as a sheep feels a sense of anxiety when separated from its shepherd, our stress and anxiety is a result of being separated from our shepherd, Christ. We can trace this separation back to the transgressions of Adam and Eve. God created a perfect world where everything would work in harmony, but Adam and Eve’s disobedience to God lead them astray. And like sheep that follow one another, generations have passed, and we have followed their example, straying away from the Lord. But remember that Jesus is our shepherd. He is always looking for us. He wants us to be reunited with Him and live under his protection and care.
